Principal duties include overall management of public relations and marketing communications with national, regional and local advertisers. This includes supervision of staff, management of accounts and sales, budget planning and directing collateral material production. Founder, partner.

With over 35 years of experience in advertising, marketing, research, account services, publications work, production and media, Sonia is a mecca in the art of negotiations.

As the co-founder of Adhawks, Sonia’s endless contributions and expertise has made Adhawks a success and has set a fine example in the community of being a female and minority business owner.

Assertive in ensuring that her clients are getting the best product at a fair cost, her energy is relentless in organizing winning marketing plans; another important facet in servicing our non-profit clients.

Sonia has worked with many national clients such as: American Home Foods, Aristokraft Cabinetry, Army-Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), Cissell Manufacturing, Clark Memorial Hospital, Glenmore Distillers, KFC, Jefferson Hospital, Lakeview Rehab Center, Chi-Chi's, Brain Injury Association of Kentucky, McDonald’s and Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

Main responsibility is the direction of creative work and staff and vendors that produce multi-media, video, audio, photography and illustration. Works in tandem with new business team and helps manage existing national, regional and local accounts. Responsible for directing agency and managing team in strategic planning, total quality management and team building. Specializes in government, non-profit, diversity, health care and manufacturing industries. Agency founder, principal partner.

With over 40 years of experience, Ben is locally known as one of the originators in electronic creative design – in the fall of 1985, his was one of the first ad agencies in Louisville to use Macintosh computers.

Not only is he one of the founders of the Leo Award for Creative Excellence in Chicago (for Leo Burnett), Ben has also received many local and national awards and acknowledgments for his creativeness and writing skills. Ben has successfully transferred marketing objectives to the reel, radio and paper.

Exemplified for his endless energy to help non-profit organizations in our community, Ben achieves greater promotional awareness for his clients by orchestrating joint ventures in marketing.

Ben has worked with many national clients including: Chi-Chi’s, Commonwealth of Kentucky (Special Needs Adoption Program), KFC, Brown-Forman, GE, Porter Paints, Humana Military Healthcare Services, Pillsbury, The National Center for Family Literacy and The Louisville Institute.

Some of the awards and honors he has received are: Leadership Louisville Community 2010 Connector; JFCS MOSAIC 2010 Award Recipient, Junior Achievement Bronze Leadership Award; Kentucky Colonel; Ferda Porter Community Leader Award; Volunteer of the Year Award and Lifetime Service Award for the Corn Island Storytelling Festival.

David Hogan’s primary duties and responsibilities include agency management, client services management, strategic marketing planning, existing client development, new business development and creative services management.

With over 25 years experience in design, advertising, marketing and account services, David has a reputation among his clients for out-servicing the big agencies with his fine attention to detail, contagious enthusiasm and a heightened ability to listen.

Hogan possesses over 25 years of Advertising & marketing experience with Major Brands including Allied Domecq Spirits (Westport, CT), Allied Domecq Wines (Healdsburg, CA), Allstate Insurance Company (Chicago, IL), American Express (New York, NY), Brown Forman Corporation (Louisville, KY), Canadian Harvest (Toronto, CD), First Data Corp (New York, NY), Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Companies (Louisville, KY), Kentucky Harvest (Louisville, KY), Kyocera International (Atlanta, GA), Lexmark International (Lexington, KY), Maker’s Mark (Loretto, KY), NASCAR (Daytona Beach, FL), NHRA (Pomona, CA), R.J. Hogan graduated from The University of Dayton (Dayton, OH) in 1984, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Marketing, with a concentration in Advertising, and a Minor in Management.
